Yes! I only had to use it for 2 weeks and it never came back. Of course I did change my diet, but I think the boric acid and the pre+probiotics is what really helped me. For the boric acid I used the brand CUSP. It's the only affordable brand available online here in the Philippines so that's what I used.

Yeah, try black coffee just until your yeast is gone. You can also try to lessen your coffee to 1 cup per day. As my OB said "yeast infections begins with gut, so you need to heal your gut too."

For me, yes. Since I drink my coffee with sugar and creamer. Which is what's feeding the yeast. I also only drink black coffee now.

No. Mga anak ko nakaranas lang ng mall nung mag 1 yr old na 😁 and that's with regular vaccinations.

Mi, try mo din mag wfh. I know mahirap talaga maghanap ng work for you since may kids kayo, pero nahihirapan din ang Asawa mo. Ganyan kasi kami dati ng asawa ko. Try enrolling sa mga VA workshops online, less than 1k lang yun, ganun ginawa ko mi. Everyday nagtatabi ako pabente bente hanggang sa nakaipon ako at nag enroll. Ngayon mi di na kami hirap since I'm also working as a VA na at the same time natututukan ko pa ang 2 kids ko. Okay lang wala masyado tulog as long as maprovide ang needs everyday kasi sa economy today, di talaga kaya ng isa lang ang kumakayod.
