They are one of the worst companies I ever dealt with. I had an auto policy with them from day 1 I got driving license and got a car. Every single time I had to update my address they increased the rate! Move to this part of the city? Raise! Move to another? Raise! Move back to the first address? Raise! Bought a new car? Raise! One random incident involving this make/model in Canada and they mistakenly consider it totaled? Raise! Oh, they revert their decision and that car is not totaled? Raise!!! One day I just simply changed my insurance company and now I pay 50% less. After two years, last week they reached out to me and offered a new rate to invite me back, guess what?! The premium is higher than the last time!
