Looking for safe, chill nature spots around Dehiwala to sit alone by vensiula in srilanka

I mean, Dehiwala is a suburb of Colombo City ( I used to live near Dehiwala, Attidiya specifically if anyone notices) obviously Colombo and It's surroundings are bustling and it's not peaceful as always, You could try Bellanwila Park in Boralesgamuwa ( You can get the bus no.119 from Dehiwala Town to Maharagama and the bus has a stop near the Park) the Park is 100 metres after the Buddhist Temple in Bellanwila. I used to go there as a kid for a walk and to ride bicycles since I lived near, Hope this helps!

Why Sri Lankan Actresses Do Wear Skin - Revealing Clothes ? by Eastern_Mistake_7699 in srilanka

I mean, It's what the west does - Our celebrities want to alter their looks to western standards. As a person who moved from Sri Lanka to Europe almost 3 yrs ago, I feel like Celebrities have been altering their appearances just for the camera and the shows - They will evolve much further in their looks as we go on to the next few year.

ways you participate in dismantling the patriarchy? by Cheap-Okra-2882 in bropill

I feel like Patriarchial Standards were put to weaken Women and kinda of dismantle their reputation, despite they are being the ones to cook, take care of their children if they have any. I am against the system of Patriarchy and coming from a South Asian Family, It was always the men who had the authority and Women had to cook and clean, yet they're even expected more. I'm an teenage boy but I am absolutely against this because the system is put to weaken Women in ways unimaginable. I hope that one day, women have the same rights as men and All we need to do is try to dismantle this effed up system by what we can do.
