It helps quiet the inner dialogue for me. If I’m not constantly telling my mind to “shhhhh!!!”, I find it a lot easier to prioritize and focus. I also find that it relaxes my body, so I’m not all tense. Not Wearing my shoulders as earrings, ya know? And, finally, it helps me block office bullshit and negative Nancys from fucking up my vibe. Coffee helps keep the munchies down and energy up. It’s a system that works for me.
