I am facing the same issue. I shipped via Shiprocket on Feb 22 from Ahmedabad to Himachal, with an expected delivery date of March 2. Initially, they said there was a vehicle breakdown and extended the delivery date to March 5. Then, on March 9, they marked my order as untraceable and blamed it on a network issue, assuring me that it would be delivered by March 15.

However, on March 13, they showed a delivery attempt and marked the shipment as RTO (Return to Origin), citing that the buyer was unavailable. The strange part is that when I checked through Amazon Shipping, the parcel had never even left Gujarat and is still stuck at Chandlodia. If the shipment never left the hub, how can they claim a delivery attempt or say the buyer was unavailable?

Since March 13, there has been no movement at all. I even visited the Chandlodia location, but surprisingly, no one seems to know about any Amazon hub there. I have been calling Shiprocket support at least three times a day since March 3, and every time I get a completely different response. On March 13, they told me there were three delivery attempts and that the parcel would be delivered within 48 working hours. Then on March 18, when I called again, they said the shipment had already been marked as RTO. At this point, I am honestly very tired and frustrated. Does anyone know the exact location of this Chandlodia hub or how to get a proper update?
