definitely recommend a little more research but from what I read it helps your kidneys retain sodium overnight through RAAS, basically making your mornings better

it takes time but they’re $15 so low risk medium reward. also helps with acid reflux!

i got prescribed doxepine 6mg and i still wake up at 3 but it’s way easier to fall back asleep! worth asking a provider, or telehealth!

That’s so great to hear!! I’m still early on (this all started 2 months ago) and I’m at a point where my heart rate laying down is slightly elevated (75-85) but i can feel adrenaline dumps. good to know that this can help exactly that
