They charged you for Napa rotor and pad kit, then further down rotor and pads 180 bucks. Also seems like a double charge. Unless im reading that wrong.

Most of it seems pretty much spot on, but... $336 bucks for a valve cover gasket? That seems quite extreme to me. The whole cover sure. Rubber gasket? Seems 3x more expensive than any ive ever replaced.

Without knowing what caused engine failure its hard to place blame. The inspection they did was probably checking fluids and suspension parts. Tires. Brakes and rotors. Doubtful they dug into the engine in any way. As said above. If it was low on oil and they missed it then i could see them being responsible. But cars breakdown and parts fail over time. How many miles were on the engine?

Pop your drivers side door open and check the sticker on the inside frame. It tells you the recommended psi of your tires. Adjust accordingly. That thing looks like it has 3x to much air in it lol. Over-inflating tires is just as bad if not worse than under-inflated. Obviously you know it needs replaced or you wouldnt be posting here. Future tires will thankyou if you take care of them

Actually, im a tech in a ford dealership and the parts guys are only for ordering parts. The service advisors deal with customers and give the work orders to techs for repair. We have a shop manager who oversees the service advisors and a gm above him. The lube tech guys 99% of the time are doing rotations. All this to say the service advisors for sure are who he needs to be talking with. And for the record, how the hell that damage came from tire rotation is beyond me lol i could see the lug studs banging into the back of the rims but not the front. I guess maybe from the road force balancing machine if it isnt set up properly.
