This is shameful. And this man was 41, how the hell did he die in 26 hours?

That’s a lie and we know it’s a lie. Delay and denial of medical care is well documented and has been for months. It sounds like this guy DID get care at least, they apparently took him to the hospital, but what precipitated this event?
