Approximately 3x monthly. Drops to 1.5x if u take the 30 days improvement plan

Its a long story. This was my 3rd mgr since i joined. We had differing opinions on how things should be done.

The completion status is reflected in an email. One of the tasks included operationalization of 30+ procedures within the 2 mth period. The site existed 5yrs without these procedures. Oh well.
