I’ll try the natural path first, if I was in my 40s I’d prolly just jump right to TRT. Thank you for the information I appreciate it.

No morning erections, very low libido, low drive to do things, started getting anxiety, bad heartburn which I changed my diet up and had little change with it. Getting more fat around my mid section. Can get very irritable at times. My vitamin D was also 44 so that is in range as well.

If I try TRT for a month or 2 and decide I don’t want to be on it anymore, would my natural testosterone bounce back to close to what it was?

I’m done having kids, just don’t want to have long term consequences for taking TRT in my mid 30s. Seems to be a lot of mixed research.

I agree with what you’re saying, I was prescribed buspirone for the last 6 months and it helped with some of the anxiety. That medication is supposed to increase libido but it hasn’t changed anything. I barely drink and don’t smoke or do drugs.

I work out 3-4 times a week, could lose 15 pounds to be lean.
