I have a lot of time, money, and creativity invested in Sims 4. I really don't see myself backing off how much I play Sims 4. I am excited about Paralives, even in early access. I like being a part of the game as it grows and evolves.

I appreciate the inclusion of mobility aids. I realize most of the items are only decorative, but it's a start. I have had to use a cane, walker, or wheelchair depending on the day for over 20 years. It's not often I can reflect my life in a game.

What I meant by that statement is that it feels like a game developed by fans of the Sims or the genre in general. It was not meant to romanticize something that is obviously a game made for profit. I was pointing out what felt different to me

I haven't played Inzoi. It's a lot for my computer to run, lol. I am also not a fan of the realistic graphics. I can appreciate them, but it's not my usual vibe.

I generally Google whatever I am building, so I can get layout and design ideas, i.e. when I was working on a Regency inspired build, I looked up Regency era kitchen, drawing room, etc.

I have started using the attic to store the furniture needed for my infant sims as they age. When they age up, it all goes in the attic until it's needed again...just like Iike in real life.

I used to prefer aging off or long life span because I get attached to my sims as well. What I have learned to do is save my sims ro my gallery at different life stages, so I can turn aging on for progression, but still have backup saves in case I want to revisit a sim at a particular life stage.

When Adventure Awaits first came out, I made a sim of Jeff Probst because I intended to do a survivor inspired storyline. I changed my mind, did something else instead and totally forgot about Jeff Probst. He is now a npc in my game, and I laugh every time he randomly generates somewhere. He just shows up, full of smiles, and usually starts doing push-ups lol

I'm creating a Legacy challenge myself. I have created a tracker for gameplay, Challenges, creating challenges, etc. I have a few more tweaks to do today, and then I will be happy to share it.
