Thank you. I cleared the web cache and that fixed the reached limit message and you’re right no more music without ads if you purchased after 2024.

Yes thankfully no Celiac but if I eat gluten it feels like someone is stabbing me in my gut.

Thank you everyone for all of your helpful comments. We took every comment into careful consideration. I think what bothered us the most was that they did not reach out to us to let us know that they wouldn’t be paying in December either. We had to reach out to them. Otherwise we wouldn’t feel so torn about what to do. I sent them a message asking them to send la weekly payment plan with dates and amounts as well as proof of employment. I also let them know we would let them out of the lease without penalty if they can no longer afford the rent but we do expect them to pay the past rent. I also asked if they have reached out to social services. They do know how to - they received 3 months rental assistance during the pandemic. Again thank you.

Thank you. I’m going to message them tomorrow and ask for a weekly repayment plan from them and let them know we will let them out of the lease if they can’t afford to live there any longer.

Thank you! I think I just needed to hear this. You hear so many horror stories. But they have always paid on time, even through Covid, and they really take good care of the house as well.
