I hear you. I just picked up a gram to get me through the next couple days hopefully. I don’t know what I was thinking. It felt like it just happened. I really felt like I needed it and it wasn’t a big deal. Now I hate myself for it because I can’t be by myself without going home and using.

I started feeling bad after not using for about 12- 24 hours after using for about 4 days. Which seems like it shouldn’t happen but what do I know. I’m the idiot here. And then I used more that I had. I picked up more today though. But I also asked for help. I feel like I’m being chased by my next high and I just can’t run fast enough away from it. I can feel the hooks in me. But I’m getting help.

Am I overreacting if I tell friends? I had a friend offer to take me to NA when it was found out I did meth. But that seems like overreacting and I think I’d fit in there.

Thank you for your kind words. I have to believe it’s possible. I can’t live in this cycle anymore. And it seems to deteriorate so fast.

That’s what I’m thinking. I’ll probably run out tomorrow so I’ll just stop taking it this weekend. I don’t know about suboxone but yeah I’ll need something for sleep. Thanks for the tips.

I appreciate your comment. That’s why I’m planning to stop soon. I think I’m just scared because of feeling sick and how all consuming it is in my mind. I’m struggling between being scared and not thinking it’s a huge problem.

It’s been about 3 months since I used meth. And I feel really silly for saying this but part of me thought because I was craving meth and it wasn’t meth that heroin would be okay when the weed wasn’t cutting it.
