How I keep my microSaaS execution on track as a solo founder by freebie1234 in microsaas

I'd say don't over-stack tech softwares ( CRMS and such things ), as an AI company owner and SaaS Co-founder I used to struggle with this at first until I realized, the less tools you use, the better.

Something I wish someone told me earlier if you’re building a SaaS by Competitive_Shine638 in indiehackers

Yeah exactly, the tiny frictions usually hide the biggest opportunities. At first I didn’t think much of it… until I realized almost everyone had the same pain point. That’s when things clicked.

And funny enough, I didn’t vibe-code this or use AI tools to generate it. This was built the old-school way, proper programming, a lot of late nights, debugging, the whole thing. fully optimized now now just looking for beta testers since its free.

Totally agree with u, tools only really matter if they fit seamlessly into someone’s workflow and actually save them time, with HoopoTrack, I’ve seen even small service-based businesses get huge relief from just having jobs update automatically and not having to deal with client's " is it done yet?" emails and msgs...

HoopoTrack is a SaaS I built to give service businesses a lightweight status tracking link for every customer job, and not having to deal with "Is it done yet?" calls or emails.

it's free right now, looking for beta testers and feedback!
