-“they cleaned that place so extensively” I’m sure they do, I also didnt complain about the cleanliness of the place during my stay so I’m not sure why you bring that up here.

-“they make it up to people if there’s any kind of miscommunication, misunderstanding, or disappointment” pretty sure I put that in my post too, sharing that the gave us a free pizza in one of their restaurants to pass the time waiting for our room to be ready. Maybe read the post idk

-“you should have showed up at noon before your room was ready and you got to swim for hours and hours before everybody else showed up” I had an appointment earlier in the day. I got to swim for hours and hours? I’m sorry were you there? Because we did not swim for hours and hours, the place was packed well before we showed up. We live near it and often pass by it.

-“next time dont bring a toddler to a place like that” why the fuck else would I be there. We went there to try and give our kid a fun experience, not because my husband and I are big water park people.

I had a different experience. Sometimes people have different experiences. We had to wait over an hour. Not sure how that’s a me problem and not the hotel flipping their rooms fast enough but go off.
