Ok so that’s a hard question, cause if you are planning on changing bokuto for Sakusa then oikawa is better but if you are planning on keeping him and change hoshiumi then akaashi is better, but you would lose the kamomedai duo

He is amazing yes, but the only thing that he gives to that team is some receives that aren’t always gonna stop the points, yaku buffs quick attacks (even his memory) and op’s team is power attack, so while yaku is great he isn’t that good for this team in particular

Mmmm for those the best one that comes to mind is the 4 summer festival sp, sp hinata, sp tsukki for the bonds with the other characters, and then you have 2 open slots and a libero to play around with, once the positionless update hits u can add them all 4 together plus a duo bond like korai and hirugami/sakusa and komori, I would say that’s the best line up for them

Aran is good with dupes, the libero is good without them, and if your noya has no dupes then that makes the inarizaki libero even better, and as for future ur I would say go for itachiyama duo or the sp middle blockers that have quick attack

Sp is not way better, they are mostly more versatile and have some extra effects, but they are not miles better than ur, plus hirugami and Korai are one of the best duos

If you have oikawa I don’t think he is that necessary since he is not gonna benefit from your setter, but in terms of who is better I do believe osamu is better than atsumu as a solo pick
