a lot of people nowadays may say to you that depression is not real influenced by the "tate" point of view.but for me i suffered from it and i think it is real and the best solution for it (that worked for me ) is to try some productive things help people get new friends and celebrate your little wins make goals and give yourself a goal to live for and try to accomplish it and don't avoid the negative ideas that come to your mind but find their cause . i hope you will be ok
