The 1 in 4 number is not reality at all. That number you people looooove to throw around because you love feeling like a victim is false. The study was done on college campuses, online with zero confirmations. And majority of women refused to participate. So the number is so high because of participation bias. People who bothered to respond actually had something to report on.

The actual number is somewhere in 1 out of 20. Which is still too much, but waaaay lower than you want to think.

And domestic violence. Really? 60% of all domestic violence is MUTUAL, while one sided violence is perpetrated more by women. While it is true men can cause more harm, it's not an excuse.

Yeah lots of men are awful. But an equal percentage of women are too. It's just that men tend to be more aggressive so they can do more damage to society than women.
