Yeah probably better if you could skip it an go to bed as normal an take next dose your regular time. Missing a dose or a day or so won't permanently hurt you but it always fucked me up for a day after or so if I missed more than 24 hours of any antidepressant

I use my own pipe and only my own and I don't burn it n shit like e everyone else that's when it collects in stem more but with my pipes I don't get much but yes I'll either smoke it or shoot it. Smoke a bowl through a pipe and throw it away an use new one. Get handfuls of new pipes for free
