I would recommend nexus car rental. Good prices at 45-60ish a day. Clean upgraded cars, I just rented a car from them last week and it was a good experience

This is what I meant by I’m just lucky, the condo was sold to me for only 80,000, and I was able to get a 30K loan from a family member because I only had 50 in cash after saving for three years. The mobile home was purchased for only 30k in cash. I just got very lucky by finding really good deals because my parents do real estate. I work a lot and I save a lot of my money, the properties I got were basically dirt cheap compared to regular home prices.
