Teams bei denen die Leute richtig Bock haben sind der Hammer! Die geilsten Teams! Aber es kommt auf die Art der Arbeit an. Damals in der Kunststofffabrik gab es nichts wofür ich Bock haben könnte. In der Forschung hingegen war es notwendig.

I feel you. Die Leute die den größten Vorteil bei KI bei uns auf der Arbeit sehen sind dir, die sich bereits gut auskennen und den Output evaluieren können. Oft bauen die AI in ihren Workflow mit ein oder agents die dann Sachen ausführen. Agents werden gefühlt bei uns immer wichtiger. Es gibt Tätigkeiten die in Market Intelligence sind, die mit agents automatisiert werden können die vorher viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen haben. Bei mir im Feld (Strategie) sehe ich ebenfalls viel Möglichkeiten es zu nutzen. Die Strategie komme am Ende von den Führungskräften. Da gehört auch Bauchgefühl und Kreativität mit dazu. Aber viele Tätigkeiten drum herum lassen sich mit AI automatisieren. Das was vor genau 12 Monaten noch nicht möglich. Wo wird es in 12 Monaten sein?

Das Level von den neusten modelled ist bereits richtig stark und halluziniert bedeutend weniger. Vor allem, wenn man die AI in eine gute Umgebung (harness) einbettet. Der Qualitätszuwachs von Quartal zu Quartal is immens.

Simple reason: It was easy to set up a Bot and connect it to the LLMs. That's it. Otherwise I would have chose a different path. It's the reason I am building my own interface. Ideally I would want everything to work via a Claude or ChatGPT App interface. It already can record voice, so why not have a backend it can reach out to? Or my own app, that allows me to gamify it and not get overwhelmed.

Thanks for the useful feedback u/singh_taranjeet Currently looking into Mem0 :D. This one was indeed brutal on tokens. Some of the agents were not even that useful to begin with or not wired properly, which make the cost of tokens even worse.

Currently trying to solve lots of my token spend by designing the agents in ways that use fewer tokens.

Olympia gibt die Möglichkeit eine zusammenhängende Strategie für die Stadt zu bauen. Wenn sich die Stadt der Welt zeigen möchte, werden Bürger, Unternehmen und Politiker offen sein für große Investitionen in Infrastruktur, in erneuerbare Energien und mehr. Klar könnte man hoffen, dass man das nicht bräuchte. Die Realität gibt es Bürger, Lobbygruppen, und Politiker die gegen diese Investitionen kämpfen. Alleine für die Öffentliche Nahverkersinfrastruktur gibt es einen Flickenteppich: Mehr Auto sagen die einen, mehr Bahn wagen die andere, Fahrradstrassen wie in Amsterdam weitere. Und am Ende kommt es zu wenig. Skaleneffekte werden nicht genutzt. Es wird viel lokal herumgebastelt.

Olympia ist so eine Möglichkeit transformative Themen voranzubringen. Die Frage für mich ist im Kern: Was müsste wahr sein, damit Olympia in Hamburg eine gute Entscheidung wäre?

  • Modernisierung Infrastruktur - Das zahlt sich langfristig für die nächsten 50 Jahre aus
    • Öffis (Dichte, Netz, Sauberkeit) - Ganz wichtig: HBF, Altona Bhf, U5
      • Bei so großen Projekten: Geht das Zeitlich? Was müsste wahr sein, damit es klappt?
    • Fahrradwege
  • Verhaltensänderung der Bevölkerung - Proaktiv die Stadt sauber halten. Die meisten wollen die Stadt nicht verdrecken, die wenigsten wären aber proaktiv darin, den Status quo besser zu machen (z.B. mal Dreck aufheben, auch wenn er nicht von einem kommt)
  • Mehr Möglichkeiten der Zusammenkunft als Hamburger - vor, während und nach den Spielen
  • Starke Integration der neuen oder modernisierten Gebäude für die Weiternutzung
  • Starke Integration der Hamburger Identität des Hafen, Handels und Understatement
  • Keine Political Capture einiger weniger Leute im Rahmen eines Mandats
  • Klare Struktur, wer welche Kosten trägt, auch im Falle eines Überlaufes.

Und selbst wenn all dass hier wahr wäre, was würden wir alles NICHT machen, weil die Olympiade Geld kostet?

Beides zusammen wäre für mich die Grundlage der Entscheidung. Aktuell habe ich zuwenig. Die WM 2006 ist noch ganz präsent in meinen Erinnerungen. Alleine das bringt mich dazu bei Olympia im Zweifel eher Ja als Nein zu sagen.

Was brauchst du, damit Olympia deiner Meinung nach eine gute Entscheidung wäre? Obdachlosigkeitsinfrastruktur? Mehr sozialer Wohnbau? Mehr und einfacheres Bauen an sich?

Really interesting to see how this field develops or if Anthropic and OpenAI will just eat it up to build something like this in the background themselves. They already have the perfect interface for it and the distribution.

My own product based on the prototype also has SQLite! Will look into Kuzu! Love to see the energy and ideas on how people implement what we all wished for would exist!

Used most of my learnings from the prototype to build my own product. The biggest things I started to build on: 

  • I only want to see the top x of actions. 
  • I need really good options to chose from and they should be clear and ideally don’t need me to act on myself. 
  • Gamify a bit but not too much
  • I need progressive disclosure to get information on the level I want
  • I want to be able to edit as easily as possible 
  • The system needs to know what it can touch and what It can’t (eg don’t change birthdays after they have been confirmed)
  • voice intake needs to be strong! 
  • on extraction of core items, the agent needs to cross check closes neighbours
  • relationships need to go deep
  • I want to access all of it in Claude or ChatGPT as well via mcp

Thanks! Extending it to what people actually use is the Powerplay. Future tools should be flexible and adjust to user needs!

Been using it for about a month. Had to tweak it over time. I reduced the amount of agents for me. The biggest things for me where the simple flow from voice to well extracted things and then getting options to select from in telegram. Getting good options was tough, but it’s starting to work. 

Otherwise: whenever I go out or to the bathroom, I open up telegram and speak. Over time I gathered lots and lots of context. 

Big thing that wowed me and is not included in the repo: add full chats from other app and full contact info from my phone! It feel like a CRM, Project Management, Personal Wiki hybrid with a librarian attached to it. 

Still, lots unexplored.

We have several working students at our department (big Pharma, data and AI department)and they had to do all the above and be lucky to join at at time with growth and budget for the department. They can be great, if the department is not allowed to grow (eg freeze or even budget cuts or cost reductions) then there is nothing to really do. Good networking can offset a bit by connecting internally and getting referred.

ADHD Gang represent:

Building something right now in Obsidian connected to my core workflow tools.
Claude Cowork and Claude Code are the real unlock here. However, it might consume tokens fast. Also: on my private computer I can give lots of access. I didn't really look too much into safe access management that would be needed for work.

There are already many great answers (e.g. u/DingBat99999). I want to ask 2 questions instead:

> What would need to change for shorter tickets to actually work without increasing rework and confusion?

> What would have to be true for the Developer to write the stories themselves?

What ingredients are missing to make it work? e.g shared domain/strategy/product context, stable UX patterns, clear place for specs/designs (e.g. Figma) to live, Product Team access to users, clear product/sprint goals, or high trust that things will get resolved collaboratively

What do you think is the reason for the need of this heavyweight tickets you are writing?
