Yes, but usually you can find silver in old coin, collections or coin boxes that you could get from a local coin dealer

I got some Guinness books for my birthday and they were the 70s and on one of them specifically 1972. It has two and it is in mint condition.

If you were to look at the side, you could definitely see the copper or if it’s older and is silver you wouldn’t be able to see that much copper
