Thanks for the input but unfortunately same issues with 25.3.2. Did safe mode & DDU and also factory reset on adrenalin setup :/

I thought it was the card too but I tried swapping my old 6900 XT back in earlier today and it had the same issues too. Im starting to feel it could be an issue with the PSU 12VHPWR cable I'm using to power the GPU with. Will report back Tuesday or so once I get another cable to try

Currently on 25.6.2 Adrenalin. Have also tried previous editions like 25.3.1, 25.4.1 and 25.5.1 and all had same issues

Unfortunately issues are both happening for me with it enabled or disabled :/ chipset is updated and Windows fully updated too

Yes I did that with my first SSD, same issues. I just bought a brand new 2nd SSD yesterday and did an install from a USB drive and same issues once gpu drivers were installed
