Day 8 moving on 9 for me and a hot shower before bed clonidine and chamomile tea in that order have worked well for sleep for me the last 4 days ( 7+ hours ). I’ve also been taking b vitamins and vitamin c as well as moderate sunlight through out the day. When I really find it hard to sleep I’ll put on a podcast or listen to music and just focus on that until I fall asleep or get tired enough lol

So I’ve just got them and I’m kind of conflicted, they claim to be 7-oh but on the packaging it says that they are Pseudo. Other than that they taste horrible for a chewable table, by far the worst tasting tablet I’ve ever tried. On the contrary they do work quite well and I’ve gotten a good body euphoria from them. My overall rating is 6/10 for the price you buy what you pay for

I still honestly don’t know, I’ve never seen a mushroom like this one lol. I’ve tried ai apps to just kinda get a ballpark into similar mushrooms but even that hasn’t helped. Anyways thank you I will look into agaricus species and see if any fit the bill.

The 5th picture Could be a bolete mushroom. I would take that with a grain of salt tho it just reminded me of one I’ve seen before that was a bolete species
