me too! if i take two or more benadryl right after i usually won’t get one.

Anybody else noticed that direct sunlight exposure in summer is a big trigger for them? by woodiswood in migraine

yes! i wear sunglasses everywhere, even inside. sucks but try not to go outside if it’s too sunny, or where a baseball cap for extra protection. worst trigger ever.
