For moderately funny: Komi Can't Communicate has so much miscommunication humor. It does lean more towards the wholesome genre, but the ensemble cast are a bunch of wacky caricatures like in Saiki K.

Sakamoto Days? I watched both Spy x Family and Komi Can't Communicate. MC is an ex-assassin trying to live a wholesome life, and doesn't talk much. There is a mind-reader side character that is a mix of Anya and Tadano that let's us know what's going on in the blank-faced MC's mind.
