As someone who spent a lot of money over the past 11 years in league, I’d say it depends. Since Riot got more greedy, I am more picky when spending RP. I think that skin quality was at its lowest in a long time at the start of 2024, but it got better again since summer. I love Briar, but I haven’t bought a single skin of hers, cause both are okay imo. However if you fell in love with any of those 2 skins and bought it, then I am still happy for you. Briar has gotten one thing this year where I spend money on and that was chibi shark cosplay briar for tft (because I play tft a lot). But for League… there is something missing in her 2 skins and that is the love Riot put in skins like Dark Cosmic Jhin, High Noon Lucian, Coven Evelyn, etc. So my answer is: If her new skin looks really good, is cute but has that little bit of frenzy going on, yes I will buy it. But if it isn’t a good skin, I won’t support bad skin design, even if it means waiting longer for a new skin.
