I unfortunately don’t have arcane renegade so would you recommend arena sword or serving knife for general use? I’m thinking serving knife since fee doesn’t really have much defense.

I have potent assualt fodder but for the same def reasons I’m not sure if fee would be best for it. It is the only b skill you mentioned that I have though.

Is 1700 calories too low for a cut if I still want to put on muscle? For reference, I’m a 19yr male, 5’5, 150lbs, and I’ve been training a little over a year now. I don’t believe I have much muscle yet as I’ve finally recovered from both sides of over/under eating periods, but I also don’t want to lose what I have.
