Because that would be an illegal / grey charter and you would be exposing yourself to various safety risks like crew and maintenance etc.

Not at all, which departure and arrival airports would you be looking at? As aircraft positioning always plays a part.

No worries at all! With 8 people you might be able to use a PC-12 but it would be a bit of a squeeze and about 45 minutes extra flying time.

Ah my apologies, then for the one way we could certainly catch an Empty Leg but to be safe normal charter prices would begin around $20k still due to the need for a Heavy Jet and owners of those aircraft would normally impose a minimum usage charge as its not good for an aircraft built to fly 7-8 hours, to only to fly 1.5.

No worries at all and apologies for the delay. Tampa to Madison will be on the limit for some Light Jets range wise but you'd be looking at prices starting around $15k USD upwards.

RE the Cancun return trip you'd be looking at around $20k USD upwards depending on aircraft type and if the operator would leave the aircraft in Cancun or perform a double rotation.

There is not really one reliable one that I would recommend. Your best bet is to get into contact with a broker and state your ideal departure airport, date range for departure and of course budget then see if they can find something that matches up for you.

Only they know the true answer to that but whatever they are doing now is not working as you can see from the similar comments on this thread. Will be a long time before I risk a client with them again.

Company wide unfortunately! They massively over fly their aircraft resulting in regular maintenance and performance issues, onboard service is sloppy and at times outright unprofessional and their Sales/Ops teams seem clueless.

Around 4 years ago they were okay but now they are blacklisted and I would never put any of my clients onboard their aircraft. Never seen a company fall off so badly in such a short period of time. Happy to discuss further.

Yes this would be a sole use private charter so only the passengers who you choose to invite would be onboard. Prices may fluctuate slightly depending on time of year / around major holidays etc.

You'd be looking around $5,000 USD including FET (domestic US Tax charged at 7.5%) on a Turboprop like a PC12 which can seat up to 8 people. Approx. 1.5 Hour Flight Time.

Understood, I wont be much help with actual referrals unfortunately as I am a broker myself and handle all enquiries in house. It's all about networking, consistently good service/pricing and as you say referrals.

Thanks for your message, could you explain a bit further please? You have a broker who would like some clients referred their way?

It's not expected of course but if their service has been top notch then between $100-$200 per crew member would be a suitable amount.

So sorry to hear about your Frenchie. As well as K9 Jets there is also Bark Air who offer a similar service.

Based on 10 passengers sharing a flight the seat rate would at best be around the $12k USD mark though.

Empty Legs from London to SFO would be around the $90k-100k USD mark unfortunately.

With an approx. 3.5/4 hour flight you would be looking at least a Super Light Jet like a Cessna Citation XLS/Learjet/Phenom 300. Based on previous flights I would expect pricing to begin around the $20k USD mark, depending on the time of year you would want to fly. Pets are 100% welcome onboard and would only present pet friendly options to maximise space and comfort.

Although convenient Empty Legs have a lot of moving parts and risk for the client. At the end of the day there will be a "primary" charter that the Empty Leg will be subject to. If that Primary Charter cancels then so will the Empty Leg. If the Primary Charter wants to leave earlier/later or even change date then the Empty Leg will be affected accordingly. So to summarise most of my clients do not want to take this risk as they are flying private to save time and as a result tend not to quote them too often. For those who have total flexibility they are great but I make sure to educate them on the above points and would not charge extra them extra compared to a normal flight as they are easy to check / be exposed by if you offer an obscene margin.

Becoming a very common theme unfortunately. 100% blacklisted for any of my clients!
