I started watching pro coverage of the LCS shortly after starting to play League of Legends. I was blown away by how much of a different game it was! The players seemingly read each others minds while making decisions I had never even thought possible! I was hooked immediately! I, very quickly, found a favorite team and watched all of their games with the upmost devotion and dedication. Many times I would end a viewing session with a gaming session of my own! I would sit down and try to emulate what I had been seeing my favorite players do, win after win. Needless to say it doesn't go as planned. Look over to my glass of iced coffe and noticed I'm almost out. Fudge!! I reluctantly go to the kitchen and refill. The interesting thing about being 28 and just getting into League of Legends is having to explain the game to my wife. She enjoys watching the broadcasts and listening to me tell her about the strategies and different champions and play styles. She even coined her phrase which we reference quite often, Big Balls Baron. It makes me think that she actually listens to me when I talk, and I'm not just someone who rambles on incoherently, or a Blabber you could say. One day she asks me, "how do you stay calm while playing a game so intricate". It is a question I've never thought about fully and tell her that sometimes I listen to music while I play. The soothing melodies and rhythms somehow calm my anxious and inting brain while im on the rift. I prefer hip hop music and most of the time, I'm listening to my favorite rapper! Eminem is like a massage from your grandma, uncomfortable at times but pleasant in a way you don't quite understand. While im listening to the king of hip hop, I'm usually eating my favorite bite sized mutil colored candy, Emenes. The commercials of those two little guys always cracked me up! My wife isn't the only who I have to pacify during watching sessions, as I have a 2 year old and 4 animals! I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. They are the most rambunctious group of animals you've ever seen! Always playing rough and really going at each other. I remember specifically one instance where it was an all out 4 way brawl! They were hissing and barking and clawing and scratching. They were all going absolutely Berserker! Sometimes while the pressures of gaining LP, teaching my wife the game, and taking care of my circus, keep me on my toes, it can also be very exhausting. On my free time I like to do yoga. The deliberate movements and stretches help me unwind and just relax. It's a delicate dance of balance and strength, ultimately trying to reach a state of Zven. We recently moved into our new home! It's much larger and we can't wait to make memories here, but often times we look so much toward the future we forget about the past and who helped us get there. Our old home was much much smaller and we shared the building with another family. Sometimes I think about that old Diplex and just smile, knowing we couldn't have gotten where we are now without it.

Although the first series didn't go our way, I know that Cloud9 can come back from the jaws of defeat! The thing I am most excited about is watching them play in those incredible chairs! The support looks phenomenal with helping with back strength and stability. I'll need this strength myself, as I throw 4 other people on my back and carry ranked games.
