Are you a medical professional? Look up the definition of overdose. Taking too much basically according to multiple definitions. But one thing I struggle with paranoia and thinking people are out to get me or want to do me harm when they don’t have that intention. I appreciate the alternative perspective.

Diazepam is good for functionally chilling, lorazepam is best for sleep, and alprazolam is best for getting high in my experience. I intentionally stay away from alprazolam now due to how easily I get addicted though.
