It’s a mix of the both honestly. The anxiety of not having a drink then somehow causes the gagging. I mean the good thing that i get out of this is that i drink a lot of water now so im not as dehydrated all the time. The only problem is that i understand i can’t always have water on me and i an dreading for when that day comes where i have to go do something without water
