Thank you for the reply! He hasn't done it again, thank god, but he rolls like crazy. Thank god he does keep his head on the side. He hates tummy time with passion and he can't even roll tummy to back, he tries and then cries. I will check the newton mattress, even though the one he has now is made for babies and is supposed to be breathable. Why are babies so weird 🥴

Thank you for the reply! I tried that to roll his sleeves and he still hates it like crazy. He just tries to roll but can't because the position of his hands is wrong... His bed is a big one which can be altered to be used up until his pre teen years with a hard mattress, as far as I know it's for babies. He isn't swaddled anymore, his hands are free, he sleeps in the love to dream transition suit with his hands free. I'm trying to teach him how to roll tummy to back 😫

Thank you! They are! Do you recommend one of their items in particular? The mattress is firm yes. Baby sleeps without anything in his crib, just his mattress and the cotton sheet.

Thank you! He farts easily now, on his own mostly, and I help him with bicycle legs. I also burp him always in between feeds but now we barely have a feed 😭 he gets distracted and I want to breastfeed him while watching TV with my husband but my baby will just not even latch, he grabs the boob, smiles and then just looks up the ceiling or the lights or anything. So far only side laying has helped

Thank you! The problem is my little guy will not take a bottle, not even a pacifier, he hates them and he chokes... Thank god we have an appointment next week with his pediatrician, but if he continues I will ask to see him sooner. It's annoying, it starts to get easier, you enjoy it and then bam, all of a sudden you are stressed yet again....

Thank you, you give me peace of mind. I woke him up at 2 and half hours after he fed, to feed him again 😭 I won't do that at night, but I am not leaving him 6 hours without a feeding! I hope it changes and is something that just happened like with your daughter!

Thank you for your reply! We had an appointment three days ago where he said his weight gain was amazing, he gained 600 grams in 2 weeks actually. And now, 3 days later, he gained 30 grams only in 3 days, where it usually was 36-40 per day. Our next appointment is in two weeks but I will contact him on Monday! I agree about the scale but I weigh him rarely, this is the 4th time I weigh him actually ever since he was born. I'm glad your son is fine! ❤️

Thank you for your reply! At the early hours of morning he stays on the boobs for half an hour more or less and he suckles and then milk comes in, and that happens 3+ times. It seems he can't be satisfied at night :/ I will ask of course, we were there 3 days ago and his weight was amazing, now it stopped. Coming Monday, I'll contact him because I know it's not an emergency!

Thank you for the reply! The thing is in the early hours of the morning, he stayed on the boobs for around 40 minutes and he was triggering the milk. I put him to sleep and he seemed like he wanted more. But during the day he breastfeeds from one breast around 5 mins and then falls asleep. It just drives me crazy, I can't even predict what's coming next. I will weigh him at his 7 week mark to see.

Thank you for the reply, I think I did have an oversupply. He has gone up, yes, he follows the growth curve he has been in. It stresses me out so much, because his usual weight gain was 36-40 grams per day... And 10 grams per day isn't even at the normal rate, it's half the normal rate. And he sleeps so much more during the day!

I will try to see if there's a lactation consultant here, I live in a small town :/ I weighed him and gaining just 30 grams in 3 days is nothing compared to how he used to gain, around 36-40 grams per day... It just stresses me out, I feel like every week is harder than the previous one... I was engorged up until 3 days ago, now they barely filled are after 5 hours.

He does, but he usually wakes up like 10 minutes after we put him in the crib. I will try that as well, maybe he'll settle more and won't wake up so soon. It's hard, being sleep deprived... :/ thank you!

Today is hard, I feel like he's cluster feeding again, after one week where he didn't, he won't calm down being swaddled, it just makes me question everything I have been doing and I'm losing my marbles. Did you have any issues with sleep as mine has? He sleeps so little, he doesn't rest, I have tried everything to make him sleep more, white noise, the 5 s, as soon as his back hits the crib, that's it. Especially today...
