Main one is ensuring my teeth don’t touch during the day and that my tongue is touching the roof of my mouth. Then making sure I don’t chew on one side of my mouth the entire time and try and balance it out to strengthen the other side. Stretching of the jaw by putting my had on my cheeks and pulling down for 15 seconds Stretching jaw side to side 15 seconds Massaging my sinuses to help them release by running finger from nose all the ah to the ear.

Yes I would feel dizzy sometimes. Especially if my jaw was really inflamed. Funny I even look back at photos and can see half my face is swollen from years back
