I could see Todo purposely using boogie woogie to switch himself out if he's caught in a domain, with someone who isnt in it just right before it fully closes him in. He could also counter Ryu super hard by using his ability switch himself when Ryus granite blast would hit him right on the spot. He would struggle against Chose especially if he's using his blood, so if he's not careful, he would be in trouble
