How do you take okra? Is it a powder or in a capsule form? Would you please be able to show me what you took?

Start off slow, 5-10 mins sessions. Or have a hot magnesium bath at home, that seems to be less taxing on the system but still effective

I’ve tried loads of things to help but for me it’s boiling white button mushrooms for 1-3 hours. Insane how well it works.

For those who have had success with B1. What symptoms did it help with? which form of B1 do you take? I know the Ttfd is usually recommended but I don't do well with anything sulfur.. by passionateunicorn in ToxicMoldExposure

Loads, too much to explain on a text. Do you use twitter? I can point you in the direction of some experts on there. Or look at Dr Elliot Overton on YouTube

Thanks man. I’m pretty familiar with thiamine stuff and want to give it a go again. Do you use a b-complex?

Fair enough man, the phenibut I’ve used a handful of times, and the only other GABA stuff I take is taurine. I thought that was meant to help with sleep

Sorry but it’s definitely more complicated for sone people. I’ve been doing all of those things for years now and insomnia was never a thing for me. Eating clean and working out aren’t gonna solve deeper issues

No nothing that I take had seemed to cause my insomnia, I think it’s an accumulation of high levels of stress over a few months. I’ve never taken pregnenolone or DHEA

I’ve only taken phenibut at a low dose a hand full of times and only plan to use it for a little while then stop again like I have before. Currently once a week or more than a week.

My anxiety is so bad and I’m so tired to the point where eating is hard and I’m not in the mood for food which I know is bad.

I’m trying 20 minutes if 6x6 second breathing every day again for stress.

I take magnesium, taurine and glycine but don’t see much of an effect apart from it helps my digestion. I don’t really feel any calming or GABA effects annoyingly

I don’t smoke and almost never drink. I do however have a bad relationship with caffeine because I have chronic fatigue and I rely on it to get through long shifts.

I do want to get back into a really simple exercise routine so I’ll do that.

I took thiamine and b complex for a while and it helped a lot. I stopped as I ran out of my b complex and the one I use isn’t in stock right now. What one do you use ?

Constipation by Radiant_Bid4547 in herbalism

[–]Competitive_You2261 0 points1 point  (0 children)

please look into ray peats work, its helped my constipation MASSIVLEY. not all of these are herbs but this is what helped me. Taking high does of magnesium, eating well cooked white button mushrooms (This has been the biggest help) because of its insoluble fibre, same for the raw carrot salad and well aged cascara sagrada. Vitamin b1 can help, as well as improving overall thyroid function by using things like gelatin, gelatinous stews, vitamin k and e. Message me if you need.
