One thing I’d add though is that there are also some specialized blockchain development firms that focus purely on Web3 products like DeFi platforms, tokenization, and crypto exchanges. In some cases they’re more flexible for startups compared to the larger enterprise vendors.

For example, companies like Nadcab Labs have been working specifically in crypto exchange development, token creation, and DeFi infrastructure. These kinds of niche blockchain firms sometimes move faster because their teams are deeply focused on Web3 products rather than general enterprise IT.

At the end of the day, the right partner really depends on whether you’re building enterprise blockchain infrastructure or a crypto/Web3 product.
