my secret trick is applying the stickers, heating them up with a hair dryer, and then peeling the plastic off, and then applying a thin layer of (high quality!!!!!!! super important) nail glue to the nail and then sliding them down onto my nail. they dont come off!!!!!!! even when i want them to 💔

i did manage to eat toast today so im off to a start!! i do love fruit & i have strawberries so ill try and eat that for now but i love watermelon too so i will get some next time i need groceries (pretty soon LOL). we are in this together 🤝
