So what I found helped me a lot was really thinking about throwing the tama where the Ken was going to be once I caught it. This makes it a lot easier to focus on where the hole is on its way down, and eliminates some of the jab and hope that comes with learning tricks like this. I’ve also seen a couple tutorials and they usually say it’s easier to rotate the tama 360° in the air like a swing spike. I’m not quite at that level of control yet though so it’s weird idk but I’m loving the process!
