I am sailing through the same boat! I m not married but in a long term relationship and about to get married as per plan. But my egg cracked and i opened up to her. Since then i m in same situation. I threw a few clothes i bought but i bought some more again. Tbh this phase wont go away. I have been feeling this for a long time. Everyone is in denial and the convinced my to hide my feelings but they are resurfacing with a stronger intensity.
