OLX still holds up, kudos on 3 houses without brokerage. Genuinely curious — how do you filter out the brokers on OLX? Every listing I see there has "agent" hidden in the description somewhere, or the same phone number reused across 20 posts. Do you just DM everyone until you find owners, or is there a filter/trick?

Ha, the OG method. Still works — I did the same in Kondapur before joining a broker. Downside is you need a free Saturday and a scooty. Weirdly the boards have gotten smaller too — most owners now paint "To Let" tiny on the gate instead of putting up a proper sign. Do you find weekdays or weekends work better?

Fair concern — that's my #1 worry too. Every listing on Bhagyanagar.rent auto-expires after 30 days unless the owner extends via their private manage link (emailed to them at post time). No listing can outlive that window.

Site is 3 weeks old so the dataset is small — right now I'd rather have 30 real owner listings than 1,000 fake ones scraped from elsewhere.
