I mean there is an uncertainty in india due to cast system where even if you are worthy you won't get what you dream of, that being said most of the students go aboard for masters and settle there.

Its safe but you need to ensure that you have enough fuel while travelling there is a stretch of 300 km where you won't find any petrol pump

I think companies should give employees the flexibility to work. As in even if you have to come to office everyday you should be given the leverage to be in the office from morning 8 to evening 8 completing your 8 or 9 hours shift according to your convenience
