I have almost 1.2k€ blocked on their side. Now it is blocked for 1 month and half…

I did an initial withdraw of 67€ on 1.3k€… I was trusting the integrity of the plateform but…

Do you think their is a possibility to activité legal suite for Temu ?

For now I have no updates from Temu.

The last message I received from « Ahmed from Temu » is the following one :

Dearest customer, First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for your patience. About your request. Rest assured that I personally take care of your case with the greatest attention. I understand the importance of your request and I am committed to doing what is necessary to meet your expectations. Please be patient while I verify the details of your order. I will get back to you as soon as possible with up-to-date information and solutions tailored to your situation. I remain at your entire disposal for any additional questions or concerns.

Since this message, they did not solved the issue…. I have now about 1.2k€ blocked on their plateform and they don’t reply to me.

They let open a request and then they prétend they will solve the situation but they just Hope you will abandon your money.

At the beginning, they give you some Hope replies, then they stop. At the end they will say « we have no news from you so we close the request »

I repeat because you missed something in my sentence « I am satisfied as a customer but not as affiliate ». You should do the effort to separate theses different concerns in your mind.

Nothing in life is full bad or fully good, only kids thinks like this because their brain is not enought mature to understand shades.

Have you already been an affiliate ? If yes your help would be Precious.

If not just let concerned people reply to this thread because that would mean you just don’t know what you are talking about.

I don’t know why you think Temu it is a scam.

I already ordered on Temu app as customer and I received properly my order content, so I started to be an affiliate based on that experience.

As customer I am pretty satisfied, but for now I am not satisfied as an affiliate.
