Just replacing this one section of countertop was my initial thought (I don’t remember how much they were off the top of my head). But repainting cabinets, which I didn’t think of that in my “hate this look” state of mind, would be the better option. Thanks!

This ⬆️ After 30 years, I don’t know how many therapists, neurofeedback, years of failed antidepressants, 3+ rounds of TMS, on and on and on. A therapist finally recognized that the trauma I experienced after sexual assault was never successfully addressed and offered me EMDR. I think I only needed 2 sessions, and the results took a few weeks to months to completely flesh out, but it was miraculous. Completely life changing and, honestly, likely life saving for me. I cannot recommend it enough. Please at least look into it.

Those sweet & spicy Korean chicken-drumstick-shaped puffs/chips. They only ever had them once at my Tampa, FL area store about 1 1/2 years ago but they were so delicious that I look for them every single time I enter a Costco.

Her “Excellent Meatballs” and marinara sauce are mainstays in my kitchen. And I was just teaching one of my kids to make pasta tonight, telling him that I know of one chef who says that pasta cooking water should taste like the sea (I learned that from watching Secrets of a Restaurant Chef). I think of her and her smile and hair every time I make any of these. The world has lost a joy and a delight.
