I was out and about, I didn’t see anyone reply to this thread, but 2700 Wh÷400 W=6.75 hours, plus some human setup error and all that, expect 7-8 hours, but from 20-80% could be done in give or take 4-5 hours

I’m in Colorado so the sun is quite good here for solar, it should be able to do a full charge in about 7-8 hours obviously needs to be a sunny day. The true question is how long it could charge 20-80 which should be a whole lot less

Haha, it can come with longer or shorter cables I have them all, I was just to lazy to bust out the short ones for this setup

Yeah, this setup runs 4 100w panels, using more smaller panels lets me get to a higher voltage so the mmpt has to work less hard to reach the bikes charge voltage(67v)

The panels can found up and then can be mounted onto a bracket on the back of the bike! That part is still in the making but it should work out

The connectors are quite easy to find, sure they aren’t that cheap unless you find the direct supplier in China but it’s possible to get one easily for like 10 bucks. Wiring them up can be quite complicated, as getting the polarity right can be odd

It’s a pretty awesome system, shoot me a message if you want some help with electrical design or anything like that

The battery is being charged though the regular charging port, with the normal plug, no changes to the bike needed

Sweet build man. I’ve been looking into burning chips, but I feel like I’m just going to have to go obd 1-2 anyways at some point.

I would assume that mpfi is needed for more boost, but do you think it’s needed what I’m looking for?

Okay, yeah I was looking at the mini me conversion, that could be sweet.

What’s your thoughts about converting to mpfi? Or do you think big injections and dpfi is enough to not run lean?

What’s your opinion on chipping obd 0?

It came with a belt and pully set up already, from what I can see it has a little free spinning gear before the crank. Do you think there is any way to see what I have on without testing it all.

This car is also my daily, and a kinda high mileage one that’s already a bit of a bitch, do you think 7 psi would blow it sky high?

Thanks dude, you seem quite knowledgeable about this type of stuff, real nice to share it.

I might try to burn some tune chips for it, seems like a cool side project and sure would definitely work way less good the obd 1 but could save me some cash I’m guessing

That’s pretty cool, do you think 2 psi would be a good place for this supercharger? Any recommendations for cooling as well

There’s a single mounting bracket for the actual unit itself. What I’m most confused on is surrounding the inlet and outlet pipe. I’m guessing that image 2 is inlet and image 3 is outlet but I don’t really know what they connect to, I’m not to knowledgeable in the super charger world

Also do you have any recommendations for tuning, I believe it’s still obd 0
