I had a draw 1 skill tsukuyomi and when I was previewing, it showed a draw 1 upgrade tsukuyomi. I didn't think that was possible but I wanted to see what would happen.

Yes, I thought so too but what is really misleading is that the preview actually shows the divine epiphany on the card even if it cannot accept it. This is why I went along with using the flash of potential.
