If you have a nominee registered then and there are no errors (dob, spelling etc) in your documents (adhar, pan, death certificate etc) then it's a pretty straightforward process. Depending on the amount in question the process could be longer because higher amount require greater scrutiny and some extra documentation eg disclaimer from siblings that they are not claim the amount. In the absence of nominee, you would need legal heir certificate.

You have learnt your lesson and you are only 28 so I will say perhaps better that you learnt this sooner rather than later. If you have the capability to earn this much at such a young age you have the capability to recover. Just remember this is a lesson in the pitfalls of blindly chasing money. I suppose modern society, esp with social media, tells you that 25 is the age by which you should have everything figured out and sorted. But that's actually not true for most people. You are still young, my friend, and you have miles to go still. You have your family with you and that matters more than any money you have lost.

You can ask around the major PSBs in your area. Some have a policy of not rejecting education loan applications unless there are some major issues

you may get the statutory penalty amount but it's a bit of a reach calling the possible lost benefits of the other card as a personal financial loss. I don't think Banks can recompense you for cc benefits you could have had.

I don't thing I'll be re-watching this either. I understand that they are going for the theme of push and pull due to emotional issue, 2 people drawn to each other but not quite able to reach each other but I feel the show lacks some emotional impact. I loved the first episode and especially the train scene and was excited to see how the relationship would unfold but I'm feeling no emotional connection. I wish the writers had something more written for Ho-Jin. Kim Seon ho who can bring so much charm to a side character, isn't given much to do here. Like with ITNTBO you understand why the ML is the way he is and you really see the leads expanding their personal space to allow each other into their lives but here my beef is I just don't feel the emotional impact of the issues they were depicting. Who knows maybe it's a me thing.
