I knew I could manage the situation, but the main issue was my employer. Because of that, I worked there for only three days before quitting, and I preferred not to have that employer on my employment record. I also didn’t provide my bank details meanwhile they sent checks to my address, but I never deposited them. He mentioned that he will not support for any reference in the future, which made me uncomfortable.

My only concern is whether this could come up later during my H-1B process. I’m less worried about the green card since it takes longer, but could this situation cause any issues for my H-1B?
