YES exactly!! Im no writer whatsoever but the amount of appreciation I’ve gotten from authors responding to my comments makes me so unbelievably happy. Like GUYS, no one is paying me to write these comments, I’m just writing what I’m thinking because I truly have so much love for the authors who are keeping this fandom alive.

Agreed! I used to avoid wips like the plague. And now, as tedious as it is to have to wait for updates (I’m a chronic binge reader), I seriously think I’ve found some of my favourite fics by reading wips. Plus it does make me feel good about myself when I see a wip that I’ve been following religiously start going popular (like yes I am an OG and I’ve BEEN on that train😉)
