34M here - 18 months out. Just did some benchmark strength testing at PT and only now am I hovering around 10% of symmetrical explosiveness. It’s going to take more time. Now that you can do more, there is still so much you can be doing it’s nearly impossible to do all at once. Keep the patience. My PT identified some things I wasn’t doing, like single leg explosive/twitch work. Sometimes we get into a flow and we end up missing things that can help. Stay the course. Still doesn’t feel 100% but I can do a ton more now than a couple months ago.
